RKF named exclusive agent for 260 Bowery
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has been retained as the exclusive sales and leasing agent for 260 Bowery, which contains a total of 7,700 s/f.
RKF senior VP Jeffrey Fishman, director David Alani and associate Brian Segall are marketing the building on behalf of ownership Esther Yip. The RKF team of senior managing director Ariel Schuster, managing director Jonathan Krieger and associate Brandon Singer are marketing the retail space for lease.
