According to Joshua Zamir, managing principal, and Daniel Ghadamian, principal of Capstone Equities, two real estate professionals have joined company. Joining Capstone are John Rhim as VP of acquisitions and Jonathan Scheinberg as VP and general counsel.
Rhim will be responsible for the underwriting of new acquisitions and will share responsibility for sourcing and structuring acquisitions, due diligence and asset dispositions. He earned his BA in Economics with a minor in Business from Washington University in St. Louis.
Scheinberg is responsible for all legal matters including negotiating purchase contracts, structuring joint venture agreements with equity partners, managing transaction closings, and negotiating and drafting all leases. He has a BA in Economics from University of Pennsylvania and a JD with concentrations in both Real Estate and Taxation from Benjaim N. Cardozo School of Law.
