Reynolds Asset Management introduces Novara Living: A resident-first property management company

Paramus, NJ Reynolds Asset Management (Reynolds), a New Jersey-based real estate investment and development firm, announced the official launch of Novara Living, a new property management company created to oversee and enhance the resident experience across Reynolds’ growing portfolio of multifamily communities. Headquartered in Paramus, New Jersey, Novara Living began operations in July, taking on management of approximately 1,500 units across 10 properties in New Jersey, New York, Louisiana and Texas. Designed as an integrated, owner-operator platform, the company pairs Reynolds’ investment expertise with a hospitality-driven approach to property management.

"The launch of Novara Living represents a natural and exciting evolution for our platform,” said Matthew Earl, COO of Reynolds Asset Management. “By bringing property management in-house, we are able to align operations directly with our investment philosophy — delivering a best-in-class living experience for residents while also ensuring disciplined, transparent execution for our investors. Novara Living gives us the ability to move with greater precision, accountability, and care across our communities as we continue to scale in key growth markets."

Novara Living is led by COO Robin Flagler, who brings over 25 years of multifamily property management experience across institutional portfolios and private ownership groups. Flagler has overseen thousands of units throughout her career and is known for cultivating strong resident relationships while driving operational excellence.

“Novara Living is a forward-thinking property management firm built on excellence, integrity, deep industry knowledge, and community-focused values”, said Flagler. “Managing properties is more than just maintenance; it is about creating environments where people feel at home, connected, and valued. With a vision rooted in service and innovation, Novara Living aims to deliver exceptional value for our investors while fostering strong, connected neighborhoods. The benefit of RAM creating a vertically integrated platform is that it allows for more agile, rapid and effective execution of their strategic plans for each community.”

Under Flagler’s leadership, Novara Living provides a full suite of property management services, including leasing, resident services, maintenance, marketing and financial reporting. Its integrated owner-operator approach fosters a resident-first culture designed around hospitality and long-term retention, while delivering institutional-quality reporting, transparent communication and hands-on asset management integration aligned with ownership’s business plan.

With the launch of Novara Living, Reynolds strengthens its commitment to deliver value through disciplined investment, thoughtful community improvements and strong long-term partnerships, while providing a stronger operational foundation to support continued growth and institutional collaboration. Looking ahead, Novara Living plans to expand its services to additional properties in high-growth markets.
