Rettaliata of Ripco Real Estate leases 13,840 s/f

Tom Rettaliata of Ripco Real Estate leased 13,840 s/f to Darden Concepts in the Cross County Shopping Center. The area, previously used for parking, is now occupied by two freestanding restaurants; Olive Garden (7,448 s/f) and Longhorn Steakhouse (6,392 s/f). The shopping center is located at 8000 Mall Walk at the intersections of Cross County Pkwy. and the New York Thruway. The landlord, Brooks Shopping Center, LLC., was represented by Guy Mercurio of Macerich. Olive Garden opened in October and Longhorn Steakhouse opened in November of last year.
