ABS Partners Real Estate has recently completed a 3,000 s/f lease at 363 7th Ave. for Venture Capital firm E-Line Ventures.
"E-Line's goal was to find a space that would allow them to promote an open and creative work environment," said ABS broker Douglas Regal. "363 7th Ave. was a perfect fit as it offered them a full floor with high ceilings and dramatic light and views in three directions."
Regal represented E-Line Ventures in the transaction. The firm will occupy the 20th floor of the building.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but asking rents in the building are in the low $40 per s/f.
