CB Richard Ellis/Albany has assisted with the negotiation of a new lease for Capital Computer Associates, Inc. at 1 Winners Circle. Peter Redmond, SIOR of CBRE/Albany assisted with negotiations of this lease. Capital Computer Associates will occupy 7,795 s/f of office space. The landlord is Capital Plaza Office Associates, LLC and the property is managed by the Beltrone Group.
