RedMark Realty completes three sales totaling $3.94 million, handle multiple leases-24,487 s/f total

RedMark Realty, LLC arranged the following sales totaling $3.94 million and leases totaling 24,487 s/f: *Matthew Pierce of RedMark brokered a 1,000 s/f lease of 390 Columbia Turnpike in Rensselaer between 390 Columbia Turnpike, LLC & Com-Tec Electronics; * Pierce, along with Trinity Realty Group, LLC brokered a 750 s/f five-year lease at 531 Moe Rd. in Clifton Park between KLM Real Estate Holdings, LLC and Favorite Health Care Staffing, Inc; * Alex Kutikov and Gordon Heeps of RedMark brokered a $3.105 million sale between Dearborn Land Investment, LLC and Amna Enterprises, Inc., John and Patricia Manning and Daniel Cronin. The assemblage totaled 1.5 acres at the intersection of Rt. 9W and Feura Bush Rd. in Glenmont; * Heeps, Kutikov and Pierce brokered a sale of a 9,600 s/f mixed-use strip mall located at 640 New Loudon Rd. in Loudonville between Amna Enterprises, Inc. & Charles F. Luke, trustee, Fred Jr./ Mary Freije Family Trust. The sale price was $759,000; * Steven Altarac of RedMark brokered a sale of 1222-1224 Union St. in Schenectady. The sale price was $80,000; * Altarac brokered a 6,460 s/f lease at 88 Railroad Ave. in Colonie between Fuller Road Realty Corp. and Revolution Fitness NY; * Heeps and Kutikov, along with The Dartmouth Co. brokered a 1,692 s/f five-year lease at The Shops of Village Plaza in Clifton Park between One Southside Drive, LLC & Ruffigan Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Elements Therapeutic Massage; * Kutikov, Heeps and Altarac brokered a 1,600 s/f five-year lease at the Price Chopper Plaza in Palatine Bridge between Palatine Associates, LLC and Winner's Wine and Spirit Corp; * Kutikov and Heeps brokered a 4,398 s/f lease renewal at 7 Airport Park Blvd. in Latham between British American Development Corp. and Cusack & Company, CPA; * Kutikov and Heeps brokered a 2,563 s/f 10-year lease renewal at 3 Washington Square in Albany between Washington Square (Three & Five) Associates, LLC and Mario S. Crisafulli and Paul D. Giannetti; and * Kutikov and Heeps brokered a 6,024 s/f temporary lease at the Shoppers World in Clifton Park between Northside Partnership, LLC and Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC.
