RedMark Realty closes 20,269 s/f in leases and four sales totaling $7.26 million

Troy, NY According to RedMark Realty, LLC, the firm has recently completed four sales totaling $7.26 million and six leases totaling 20,269 s/f:

Gordon Heeps and Donald Cepiel Sr. of RedMark brokered a five-year lease of 3,035 s/f at City Station, 1521 6th Ave. between City Station West LLC and Picnic Garden Asian BBQ Restaurant.

Cepiel brokered a two-year lease of 1,800 s/f at 303 Dix Ave. in Queensbury between G&M Land Development and Northern Design & Building Associates LTD.

Steven Altarac of RedMark and CBRE Albany brokered the sale of 626 1st Ave. in Watervliet for $293,000 between Linzak LLC and Dyke Naughton DBA Cutting Edge Sports.

Heeps and Alexander Kutikov of RedMark brokered the sale of 15 Old Loudon Rd. in Colonie for $557,500 between Robert A. Lupe Realty Co., Inc. and Clark Realty LLC.

Heeps and Kutikov brokered a five year lease of 7,200 s/f at 1466 Rte. 9 in Halfmoon between Linzak LLC and United Auto Supply of Syracuse West.

Kutikov and Heeps, with the Widewaters Group, Inc., brokered a five-year lease of 2,486 s/f at 15 Park Ave. in Clifton Park between Northside Partnership, LLC C/O The Windsor Companies and NY Haircuts, LLC DBA Sport Clips.

Heeps and Kutikov, with CRESA Albany, brokered a five-year lease of 3,748 s/f at 3 Washington Sq. in Albany between Washington Square (Three and Five) Associates, LLC C/O The Windsor Companies and Adnet Technology NY, LLC.

Kutikov and Heeps brokered the sale of 1 Racemark Way in Malta for $6.175 million between Yellowstone Holdings, LLC and Arnoff Moving and Storage.

Heeps and Kutikov brokered a five-year lease of 2,000 s/f at Hannaford Plaza in Hudson Falls between Poughkeepsie Shopping Center and Verizon Wireless Center.

Kutikov and Heeps brokered the sale of 318 Main St. in Worcester for $235,000 between Darlene Creager and Dearborn Land Investment, LLC.
