Realty USA hosts CIREB's Sept. marketing session in Rensselar
CIREB's Sept. marketing session was held at the Rensselaer Train Station and featured deLaet's Landing. Listed by Realty USA, it is a new mixed-use development on the Hudson River. Scheduled to begin construction in the spring of 2010, it will be built in phases, with the first phase comprising 200 new residential units, 40,000 s/f of retail, and the creation of the new harbor and pier.
