Realterm acquires 32-door truck terminal on five-acres at 80 W Nyack Rd. in Nanuet

Nanuet, NY Realterm has added to its transportation logistics real estate portfolio with the acquisition of 80 W Nyack Rd., a 32-door truck terminal. The low-coverage property is on five acres.

80 W Nyack Rd. provides access to I-287, facilitating reach into the New Jersey market.

Rockland County, and Westchester County via the Tappan Zee Bridge.

“The property will enable transportation groups to service both the broader New York/New Jersey region and the surrounding dense consumer population from a central and accessible location,” said Ed Brickley, managing director, senior fund manager, Realterm. “This transaction furthers Realterm’s core business objective of owning well-located, transportation-advantaged properties in top national markets.”

The property caters to a population of 23 million people and 8.5 million households within a two-hour drive.

“This property has differentiated loading capability and excess parking that enable users to move goods rapidly through the supply chain,” said Nick Dupuis, acquisitions associate, Realterm. “We are focused on continuing to execute new investments for differentiated industrial outdoor storage/truck terminal assets in top markets across the country.”
