Rascob and Lippman of Kaufman Organization secure four leases totaling 6,521 s/f at the Nelson Tower

Barbara Raskob and Walter Lippman of the Kaufman Organization brokered four leases totaling 6,521 s/f at the Nelson Tower, located at 450 Seventh Ave. * Peller and Co., LLC, a CPA firm looking to expand its office space, signed a five-year lease for 3,155 s/f. Raskob and Lippman represented the landlord. * Las Consultants, Inc, an accounting and law firm, signed a five-year renewal lease for 1,650 s/f of office space. Raskob and Lippman represented the landlord. * Ashfar Enterprises, Inc. and Statsons Industries, Inc., signed a three-year lease renewal for 928 s/f of office space. The company has been a tenant at 450 Seventh Ave. for 17 years. Raskob and Lippman represented the landlord. * Pacheco & Associates signed a five-year lease for 788 s/f of office space. The landlord will add new carpets and paint the space for the CPA firm. Raskob represented the landlord.
