The size of the loans range from $4.1 million to $9.106 million and are based on a 10-year term with a 30-year amortization schedule and were arranged for the borrowers, Dermot Wichita East, LLC and Dermot Wichita West, LLC by NorthMarq through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
