Valley Cottage, NY Rand Commercial has completed the sale of 400 Corporate Court, a 50,000+/-s/f building on 16.9+/-acres to Realterm for $11.8 million. Realterm owns and manages transportation real estate and infrastructure assets that serve land, air, sea and rail networks across the world.

Paul Adler, Esq., SIOR and Sam Adler of Rand Commercial represented the buyer and the seller for this transaction.
