RAC NYSCAR board welcomes Drouin as director

Rochester, NY According to the Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, (RAC NYSCAR) Matthew Drouin, of ROC Real Capital, LLC, has  joined as a director on the RAC NYSCAR’s Board of Directors. He joins the new president, Dara  Rennert of Keller Williams Realty Commercial; new vice president, Christopher McCarthy of Keller  Williams Realty GR; and new secretary, Peter Gillett of Flaum Management Corp., Inc.,  all of whom served on the Board in 2021. Anthony Cashette, Leverage Properties LLC, continues as treasurer. Remaining directors continuing for 2022 include Alex Amorese of CBRE|Rochester; Peter Burke of SQ/FT Healthcare Real Estate; Harry Gleason of CBRE|Rochester; and Christopher Passero of Passero Realty Services LLC.

RAC NYSCAR will be holding their 2022 Kick-Off on February 17, 2022 at the Harro East Office  Buildings in Downtown Rochester. Flaum Management Corporation, Inc., will be our host. Special guest speaker will be Matt Hurlbutt, president & CEO of Greater Rochester Enterprise. Guests are always welcomed and encouraged to attend any of our events. Please RSVP to [email protected].

RAC NYSCAR is a group of approximately 120 Commercial Real Estate Broker and Affiliate  members dedicated to promoting the interests of Commercial Real Estate professionals in the  Rochester Region. The jurisdiction of the Rochester Area Chapter is the geographic area of  Monroe, Wayne, Ontario, Livingston, Steuben, Yates, Seneca, and Eastern Orleans (east of Rte. 98) counties.
