Queens/Nassau commercial property rebranded as New Hyde Park Place

New Hyde Park, NY A commercial property owned by BenArt Realty, located at 271-02 Union Tpke. has been rebranded as New Hyde Park Place, reflecting a major transformation of the property and the arrival of a collection of new restaurant and food destinations.
The new identity comes as the location, located near the intersection of Union Tpke. and Lakeville Rd. on the border of Queens and Nassau counties, undergoes a significant evolution in both its appearance and tenant mix. New Hyde Park Place is now home to tenants Tous Les Jours, Bango Bowls, Guac Shop and Buffalo Wild Wings GO, creating a diverse collection of dining options at the Union Tpke. location. Additionally, Soy or Spicy, the newest addition to the property, opened in August 2026.

New Hyde Park Place is located near several of the region’s major healthcare and family-service institutions, including Northwell Health’s Cohen’s Children’s Medical Center, Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Parker Jewish Institute, as well as Ronald McDonald House Long Island. The location provides access for nearby healthcare employees, patients, families, visitors and residents, further supporting the property’s growing mix of restaurant and food businesses.
