QBBA elects Ficara

The Queens and Bronx Building Association (QBBA) recently elected Anthony Ficara, an associate in the cooperative and condominium law practice group at Certilman Balin, to its board of directors. Ficara represents sponsors of condominium, cooperative and homeowner association developments and conversions throughout the U.S. He also serves as counsel to condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations in the N.Y. area. He earned his bachelor of science in Business and Economics with a minor in history from Lehigh University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2002.
