Michael Kalet of Pyramid brokered the lease of a 30,000 s/f office and warehouse space located at 900 Hiawatha Blvd. East. Kalet represented the landlord, Hiawatha Blvd, LLC. Village Office Supply leased the space for its upstate New York central service center and distribution facility to service all points in proximity to I-90 (east and west) and I-81 (north and south).
