A 23,400 s/f professional office building located at 287 Genesee St. was sold for an undisclosed amount. Shaun Brennan purchased the building from Eaton Street Partners. Anthony Hathaway, Rick Brower and Michael Conley from Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokered this investment sale transaction.
Mauro Glass Co. recently purchased the 1,560 s/f retail/service storefront located at 1112 Park Ave. Eaton Street Partners was the seller. Hathaway and Brower collaborated on this sale transaction.
In a third recent transaction, a 6,900 s/f industrial warehouse located at 9 Lee St. was recently leased. LKQ Corp. has leased this property. Matt Pryputniewicz of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the tenant while Brower acted on behalf of the landlord in this lease transaction.
