* Foland Sales, Inc. (FSI), a family run RV parts distributor, opened for business in their new location at 6255 East Taft Rd. FSI carries all name brand travel trailer parts, RV parts and RV trailer appliances such as Norcold, Reese, Hydroflame, Tekonsha, Atwood, Valterra, Thetford and many more. Don O'Leary of Pyramid brokered this 13,200 s/f lease, representing the landlord, Greater Syracuse Moving and Storage.
* Gary Cottet of Pyramid brokered the sublease of 2,520 s/f on behalf of the United Auto Credit Corp. to Inalign Inc., at 6700 Kirkville Rd., East Syracuse.
* Black & Veatch, a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company, leased 5,600 s/f of office space at 6615 Towpath Rd., Dewitt. Lee Salvetti of Pyramid represented the tenant.
