Puzio of Hunt Commercial sells 14,100 s/f

6 Lancaster Parkway was recently purchased for $511,000 by Charley Creighton and Tom Shone of Charles Thomas Management LLC, from previous building owner, Thomas Naughton. The facility will become the new offices and warehouse space for Alden Optical. The 14,100 s/f building, located off Walden Ave., near the thruway, consists of 6,000 s/f of office space and 7,200 s/f of heated warehouse space. It was built in 2000 and sits on 3 acres with room outside for additional storage. The building is the former home of Grand Mantel and Summit Stoves. The listing agent for the property was Karl Puzio of HUNT Commercial Real Estate. The buyers are Charley Creighton, son of Alden Optical founder Charles Creighton, and contact lens industry veteran Tom Shone, who now run Alden Optical together.
