Pryputniewicz of Pyramid arranges $1.065 million sale of 33-unit complex; Clark & Hamel of Pyramid close $230,000 sale for Rome Gas

According to Pyramid Brokerage Co., the firm has closed the following two sales: Matthew Pryputniewicz of Pyramid Brokerage Co. recently brokered the sale of the 33-unit apartment complex, known as Cambridge Manor Apartments on South St. MJM2 Realty LLC purchased the apartment complex situated on 10 acres for $1.065 million from CRM Management LLC. John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Greg Hamel of Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokered the sale of the Fast Lane Car Wash property located at 28 First St. in Fulton. Rome Gas Inc. purchased the property and business for $230,000.
