First job in real estate or allied field: Intern at Cushman & Wakefield What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Right now I am concentrating on the completion of our 3030 Westchester Ave. development in Purchase, the latest addition to our Harrison Executive Medical Park and the first new construction in Westchester County in 25 years, as well as the lease-up of Simone's most recent acquisition, which involves the complete redevelopment of the vacant Park Ave. Medical Arts Center condo located at 62 East 88th St. in Manhattan. We are also always on the look-out for potential new development projects in the office, retail, healthcare and industrial real estate markets, which is a full-time job in itself! How do you unwind from a busy day in commercial real estate leasing and management? Soul Cycle followed by a glass of wine is my cure for unwinding and stress relief after a busy day. Favorite book or author: "In My Shoes" by Tamara Mellon. The book is about how Mellon, the founder of Jimmy Choo, started the global company from nothing and grew it into a billion dollar brand. Favorite movie: "Goodfellas" Last song you purchased/downloaded? Pandora is my lifeline and is ALWAYS playing on my computer throughout the work day. One word to describe your work environment: Family Rules to live by in business: "You're only as good as your word and your word is only as good as your actions." If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? Anywhere with my family and friends is where I always want to be. What is your dream job? I'm in it!
