Preuss and Shapiro of Massey Knakal broker $3.15 million Queens building sale

A newly constructed pre-school and day care center at 149-34 35th Ave., located between 149th Place and 150th St. in Flushing, was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $3.15 million The three-story property is 9,000 s/f and sits on a 60' x 100' lot. The building is currently configured with 12 classrooms for children ages 2-6 with a capacity for 181 children. There are also two offices and a playground on the roof. "This triple-net long lease coupled along with the desirable location and quality construction and was ideal for this local buyer," said Massey Knakal director of sales Stephen Preuss who exclusively handled this transaction with first vice president of sales Robert Shapiro.
