Preuss and Sarath of Massey Knakal complete $560,000 sale

A mixed-use building at 84-01 101st Ave. in Ozone Park was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $560,000. Massey Knakal director of sales Stephen Preuss exclusively handled this deal with director of sales Brian Sarath. The two-story property is 3,200 s/f and sits on a 19' x 100' lot. The building consists of two retail/commercial spaces on the first floor and two two-bedroom apartments on the second floor. Additionally, there are two garages. The entire building has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. "Within a relatively short marketing period we were able to find the perfect local owner-user to occupy this retail corner building," said Preuss. Massey Knakal specializes in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Since 1988, our agents have closed over 4,000 transactions having a market value in excess of $14 billion.
