Two mixed-use buildings at 131-11/13 Rockaway Blvd., located in South Ozone Park, was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $1.1 million. The two contiguous lots are each 20'x 103' and contain a two-story mixed-use building that is 2,400 s/f. Each building has one commercial space on the ground floor and two apartments above.
All the apartments were recently gut renovated with new electrical, plumbing, ceilings, appliances, and bathrooms. There is a parking lot located in the rear of the buildings.
