Posner of NYCRS brokers two leases totaling 4,064 s/f

Betty Posner of New York Commercial Real Estate Services LLC (NYCRS) has completed two new office leases totaling 4,064 s/f: * Office space at 183 Madison Ave., Suite 1516: The three-year lease was for a 1,550 s/f unit on the 15th floor. Posner represented the tenant and the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield Inc. The new tenant is William Reed Business Media Inc., founded in 1862 in the United Kingdom, a leading business publisher in the food, drink, leisure, hospitality, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals sectors internationally. * Medical office space at 20 East 46th St.: A 15-story, 94,000 s/f, full service 24/7 building, situated between Madison and Fifth Aves. in the Grand Central area of Midtown. The 10-year lease was for Unit 800, a 2,514 s/f space. Posner represented the tenant and Corcoran Wexler Healthcare represented the landlord. More than half of the tenants are in the medical field. The new tenant is Nilesh Patel, MD, PC, an Ear, Nose & Throat medical specialist.
