Posner joins Moritt Hock & Hamroff Real Estate Practice Group

Garden City, NY According to the law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, Ilona Posner has joined the firm as counsel in its Real Estate practice group.

Posner has over 15 years of experience in handling all facets of complex real estate transactions and related matters. Posner has represented individuals, large and small corporate clients, and real estate developers in the sale, acquisition, leasing and development of commercial and multifamily properties and in complex real estate financings. In addition, she also has counseled clients on condominiumization of commercial properties, as well as subsequent sale of individual condominium units. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School.
