Poretsky of Colliers ABR negotiates 8,170 s/f lease
According to Colliers ABR, Inc., Ventura Insurance Brokerage, LLC has signed a 10-year lease for 8,170 s/f at 475 Park Ave. South, taking over the majority of the 17th floor.
Howard Poretsky, managing director at Colliers ABR, represented Ventura Insurance Brokerage, LLC.
Steven Lambert of Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. represented ownership of the building.
Ventura Insurance Brokerage, LLC, headquartered in New York City has specialized in entertainment and aviation insurance for the past 35 years.
