Pizer and Varricchio of Trinity R.E. leases 15,000 s/f to Epoch Films

According to the Parish of Trinity Church, Epoch Films, a film production company, will be relocating its headquarters to 435 Hudson St., bringing the nine-story, 265,360 s/f building to 100% occupancy. Epoch Films will lease 15,000 s/f on the fourth floor of 435 Hudson and is home to a variety of tenants including L'Oreal USA, MCI International and Tom Hennes, Inc.  Carl Weisbrod, president of Trinity Real Estate, said, "Hudson Sq. has become a haven for all types of creative industries, be it in design, publishing or the media.  Epoch Films is known for their outstanding innovation and their inspired filmmaking and we are delighted to welcome them into our Hudson Sq. community. Jason Pizer and Garett Varricchio represented Trinity Real Estate and Marc Schoen, managing director, Hunter Realty Organization, LLC represented Epoch Films.
