Pisanelli of U.S. Realty arranges $4.1 million loan for 71-room hotel
Rob Pisanelli of U.S. Realty Capital arranged a $4.1 million permanent mortgage for a 71-room Candlewood Suites in a suburb of Austin. The hotel opened in November of 2011 and currently experiences annual occupancy levels over 62%. The loan was arranged with a CMBS lender with an interest rate fixed for 10 years with a 25-year amortization schedule.
