Picone Construction and TK Studio to build three Tropical Smoothies

Clarence, NY  ?Picone Construction is helping Tropical Smoothie to expand their market share in the Western New York area. Picone will begin interior fit-outs on three new Tropical Smoothie locations: McKinley Plaza in Hamburg, Sheridan and Delaware Plaza in Tonawanda, and a recently acquired location in Batavia. Picone is building a relationship with the owner of the franchises as Picone already completed the Tropical Smoothie location on Transit Rd. in Williamsville in 2021, as well as three other locations in the Rochester area.

The architect partnering with Picone on these projects is TK Studio LLC.

Each location ranges in size from 1,200 - 1,400 s/f. Work will include a full interior renovation including: rough and finish carpentry, millwork, membrane roofing, hollow metal doors and frames, gypsum board, painting, tile, flooring, interior signage, owner equipment installation, restroom accessories, electric, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
