Picone begins construction on four new Pizza Hut locations

Buffalo, NY Picone Construction Corp. recently began construction on four new Pizza Hut locations. These Pizza Huts will be located at:

• 3669 Delaware Rd., Kenmore

• 4770 Transit Rd., Depew

• 4005 Sheridan Dr., Amherst

• 4243 Genesee St., Cheektowaga

The new locations will range from 1,300-1,500 s/f. The franchise is returning to the area as a carry-out restaurant that will feature digital menu and POS systems for customer ordering.

Picone’s scope of work for these projects include: demolition, underground work and floor cuts for plumbing, carpentry, gypsum systems, owner equipment installations and connections, owner supplied technology, flooring, doors and hardware, insulation, acoustical ceilings, window tint, roofing tie-ins, and fire protection systems.

The architect for the project is Silvestri Architects PC.
