Piazza of Charles Piazza Real Estate and Piazza of DJK lease 2,300 s/f; landlord represented by Aizer of Aizer Realty Group

Charles Piazza of Charles Piazza Real Estate and Eric Piazza of DJK Commercial Realty represented the tenant, Sottocasa Pizzeria, in a 10-year, 2,300 s/f lease at 227 Lenox Ave. (between 121st and 122nd Sts.) in Harlem. Sottocasa Pizzeria will occupy the space in the fall. The lease includes 1,500 s/f on ground floor and 800 s/f in basement. The landlord is Aizer Realty Group. Sottocasa Pizzeria's new location is a brownstone (built in 1910), consisting of 18 ft. of frontage on Lenox Ave. and 12' ceilings heights. This will be Sottocasa Pizzeria's second location in New York with their first restaurant on Atlantic Ave. in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn. Their wood-fired oven was built and shipped from Naples and cooks the pizza made with Italian organic tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella from Wisconsin cheese sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil from Sicily at 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The landlord was represented by Joseph Aizer, Aizer Realty Group.
