Amherst, NY Jack Phillips, principal of the Largo Group of Cos., arranged $6 million in financing for three apartment complexes. Together, the three apartment complexes include 61 two-bedroom units and eight one-bedroom units. Phillips arranged a seven-year, fixed rate, permanent first mortgage with five-year option and 30-year amortization through one of Largo’s correspondent lenders.
