Perna of NGKF reps Big Apple Visual Group in 10,000 s/f industrial lease

Hauppauge, NY According to TRITEC Real Estate Company, Inc., Big Apple Visual Group has signed a lease for 10,000 s/f of industrial space at 45 Gilpin Ave., a 172,000 s/f industrial property, which is part of TRITEC’s portfolio in the Hauppauge Industrial Park. Big Apple Visual Group specializes in all types of architectural, way finding, and retail signage. Specializing in custom fabrication Big Apple Visual Group has the ability to work with a variety of materials to fabricate exterior and interior signage systems, produce dimensional letters, illuminated displays and large format prints. Ralph Perna of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Big Apple Visual Group in the transaction; and, Daniel Marcus and Jack O’Connor of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented 45 Gilpin Avenue Development and TRITEC. Big Apple Visual will be taking occupancy of the space immediately. Rob Kent Vice President for TRITEC commented, “The building has been full for a long time and after we accommodated an existing tenant’s request to downsize, we are very excited to sign this tenant and return the building back to full occupancy.” This property, 45 Gilpin Avenue, 172,000 plus square fee of space in two buildings, was acquired in January 2002 for the purpose of updating and leasing as industrial space.
