In addition, Matia Nikolovienis, partner of the firm has been named to the 2019 edition of NY Super Lawyers for the second consecutive year. Each year, only 5% of attorneys in the state receive this honor.

With a combined 45 years of experience, Perfetto and Nikolovienis practice exclusively in all areas of real estate law, including land use, zoning, banking law, work outs and government incentives.
