Parsons Brinckerhoff names Metzger supervising network engineer of N.Y.C. office

William Metzger has been named a supervising network engineer in the New York City office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and program/construction management organization. In his new position, Metzger is responsible for the conceptual development and design of large-scale data communication networks supporting a broad range of technologies - security, video, information transport systems - along with other initiatives for major transportation facilities. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Metzger, with three decades of experience, was the primary security engineer for the Infrastructure Technologies Services - Physical Security Support Group at the United Nations headquarters in New York City. He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and the Building Industry Consulting Service International.
