Panzirer of Monday Properties brokers eight leases totaling 16,211 s/f

Monday Properties, the real estate development, ownership and management company, has completed eight lease transactions, totaling 16,211 s/f, at the 253,500 s/f 386 Park Ave. South. Craig Panzirer, director of leasing for Monday Properties, represented building owner Monday Properties in all eight transactions. The 20-story office building, located between East 27th and East 28th Sts., was constructed in 1927 and is 95% leased. "The Park Ave. South area has been a direct beneficiary of the continued tightening in the Midtown office market," said Anthony Westreich, president & CEO of Monday Properties. "Tenants from around the city are attracted to the excellent location of 386 Park Ave. South as well as the ease of leasing space at the building." New leases signed at 386 Park Ave. South include Cuatro Media taking 2,247 s/f and Bayberry Capital leasing 1,869 s/f, both occupying portions of the 19th floor. Ingenio Inc. signed for 1,793 s/f on the 14th floor, Vesoft Inc. leased 1,451 s/f on the eighth floor and Zeppo Marketing Inc. took 1,036 s/f on the second floor. Joe Friedman of Adams & Co. represented Cuatro Media. Jack Wynne of Capstone Realty Advisors represented Bayberry Capital. Allen Gurevich of Newmark Knight Frank represented Ingenio. Alan Bonnet of Adams & Co. represented Vesoft and Kyle Miller of NAI Commercial represented Zeppo Marketing. Monday Properties also signed three renewals at the building, including Rhino Systems leasing 2,000 s/f and Hadassah signing for 4,265 s/f, both occupying portions of the fifth floor. In addition, Capellin Communications took 1,550 s/f on the 13th floor. Neighboring tenants at 386 Park Ave. South include Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America; Dan Klores Communications; Managh & Falcone; and Brandt, Steinberg & Lewis LLP. Monday Properties owns and/or manages 4 million s/f in Manhattan and 4 million s/f in the Washington, D.C., area. The portfolio's signature properties include 1000 Wilson Boulevard and 1100 Wilson Blvd. in Rosslyn, Va., and 230 Park Ave., 237 Park Ave. and 1440 Bdwy. in New York. The company's executive office is located at 230 Park Ave.
