Pallett of Greiner-Maltz negotiates 25,000 s/f to New Line Cinema for Westchester County film location

Mount Vernon, NY Greiner-Maltz has brought another film production to Westchester County. The New Line Cinema film starring Rebel Wilson has begun production in an undisclosed location.

Associate broker Paul Pallett of Greiner-Maltz negotiated the 25,000 s/f lease to New Line Cinema. Pallett has leased or sold over 300,000 s/f of commercial properties in the area since 2015. This is the fourth production that Greiner-Maltz has brought to Westchester in the last six months.

In addition to Rebel Wilson, the film also stars Priyanka Chopra, Adam Devine and Liam Hemsworth.
