Bronx, NY Oxford Property Group/Spire Group will start construction soon on a 62-unit luxury residential building in the Riverdale neighborhood.

The 50,000 s/f, 12-story building will be located at 2893-95 Valentine Ave. in the residential neighborhood near the Hudson River. The building will also offer residents mostly two-bedroom apartments with covered outdoor parking, a laundry room, community room and landscaped outdoor garden area.

Construction is expected to be completed in January 2024.

“This is a great location in an area in need of additional quality housing,” said Adam Mahfouda, CEO of Oxford Property Group/Spire Group who explained that the land where the building is being built was comprised of two adjoining lots with private three-story homes on each. Oxford purchased the first home in 2019 and the second in January of 2021.
