Outside the Region: Townes, Frantzman and Horbach of Ripco Real Estate collaborate for 3,065 s/f lease to Hibiscus Express restaurant

East Hanover, NJ  According to Ripco Real Estate, restaurant Hibiscus is expanding with a new concept on Rte. 10.

David Townes and Jake Frantzman of Ripco arranged the 3,065 s/f lease on behalf of owners, Woodmont Properties. Alison Horbach of Ripco represented the tenant.

The restaurant promises to offer a unique combination of a “fast-casual” take on their American and Caribbean cuisine with a quick service concept catering to the lunch and dinner crowds. They will offer live entertainment on the newly decorated patio.

Hibiscus Express Island Grill is located on Route 10 in front of Target. The space also features a large outdoor patio.

“We are beyond excited to be able to bring to the community the same supreme quality of the Hibiscus offerings in a fast casual setting. We can’t wait till they taste the food, they are going to love it,  we have something for everyone!” said Karlene Brandon, owner of Hibiscus Express who will be running operations along with husband Orville Brandon.

“It is very exciting to bring our vision of creating a restaurant where family can come and experience a home away from home, a Caribbean oasis in the middle of East Hanover” said Orville Brandon.

“We chose this location because of its great visibility on Rte. 10 and proximity to the daytime population. There is no doubt that this small format concept will deliver the same success the brand has come to know,” said Horbach.
