Outside the Region: The Dolben Co. named managing agents for Brook Arbor Apartments

Cary, NC The Dolben Company, Inc. has entered the market, as managing agents for Brook Arbor Apartments. Brook Arbor consists of 302 apartments. Taurus Investment Holdings owns the property. 

Built in 1998, Brook Arbor is situated on over 30 wooded acres. Apartment homes consist of one, two, and three bedroom floorplans, with features including nine-foot and vaulted ceilings, brick masonry, fireplaces, garden tubs, in-home washers and dryers, stainless steel appliance packages, oversized closets, and private balconies. Many apartments also have direct garage access. Community amenities include a pool, hot tub, five tennis courts, and a 5,000 s/f fitness center, as well as a clubhouse and business center. A renovation program is planned, which includes upgrading the units to include hardwood floors and granite countertops, as well as an enhanced clubhouse and amenity space. In addition, the community will undergo select sustainability upgrades and a renewable energy system.
