Colorado Springs, CO Nexus Commercial Realty, has closed on the sale of 1137 Valley Manor Ct., a duplex, for $125,000. Crystal Piercy of Nexus represented the buyer, Rental Investments 3390 LLC.

1137 Valley Manor Ct. is a two-bedroom two-bath duplex with 864 s/f. Each unit has their own driveway for parking.

1137 Valley Manor Court is conveniently located just off S Academy Blvd and Ronald Reagan Hwy, close to Pikes Peak Community College and Fort Carson Army Base. Just a short drive to the Broadmoor World Arena and just 12 minutes away from the beautiful downtown Colorado Springs area.

The buyers viewed this investment property as a good addition to their portfolio as they are looking to invest in more multifamily investment properties throughout Colorado this year.
