Outside the Region: Love Funding expands – Larisma named director of loan originations

Charlotte, NC According to Love Funding, Lawrence Larisma has joined the company as a director of loan originations. Larisma brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, most recently as a director at RED Capital Group. 

Larisma specializes in debt, equity and mezzanine financing for multifamily, senior housing and commercial real estate. He has originated and underwritten more than $1.3 billion in financing transactions.

Before RED Capital Group, Larisma founded and served as CEO of Reiles Capital Group, a capital advisory firm based in New York. He was also a senior originator and FHA MAP/LEAN Underwriter at Greystone & Co.

“We are excited to welcome Lawrence to our team of talented originators,” said Love Funding senior vice president Jonathan Camps. “He has an extensive background in FHA finance which will enable Lawrence to grow our client base.”

Larisma holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and management from Schiller International University in London, Heidelberg and Paris.
