Outside the Region: LandStar Title Agency obtains PA license

 New York, NY According to LandStar Title Agency, a national title insurance provider, they are licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. This new license compliments LandStar’s national strategic growth plan for 2017 and 2018. LandStar now holds direct licenses in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington DC, Pennsylvania and Illinois. 

LandStar’s vice president and senior counsel, Kenneth Warner, Esq. said, “In recent years, many New York based law firms have expanded the scope of their representation to include regional as well as local transactions. LandStar is facilitating this expansion by delivering direct issue title insurance and transactional expertise in Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions where our clients have become increasingly active. In addition to LandStar’s PA corporate license, I am individually licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and look forward to personally assisting our clients with their upcoming transactions.”

LandStar is an ALTA’s Best Practices provider and a vetted and authorized agent issuing policies on behalf of the country’s seven largest title insurance underwriters.
