Orsi joins ESD western region office as reg. director

The Empire State Development Corp. (ESD) has named Christina Orsi regional director of the western region office. She will replace Tim Doolittle, who previously held the position. Prior to joining ESD, Orsi was director of business development at Buffalo Niagara Enterprise for nine years. Orsi has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Fredonia State College and a master's degree in Public Affairs and Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo.
