Oron of EPIC secures sale of 1100 & 1208 Franklin Avenue for $15.5 million

Bronx, NY EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the $15.5 million sale of a package deal at 1100 & 1208 Franklin Ave. in Fairmont-Claremont Village. The sites are located two blocks from each other, between East 166th and East 168th Sts. The package contains two five-story, elevator buildings consisting of 90 residential units and 68 parking lots. The buildings are six years old and total 68,306 s/f each. 1100 Franklin Ave. has 46 apartments and 1208 Franklin Ave. has 44 apartments. “This package deal was a great investment. The assemblage of two beautiful buildings, two garages and community space can offer a great return” said Nissim Oron, associate broker at EPIC. “This deal was a complex one, and took almost a year to finalize. With Nissim’s persistence and professionalism we were able to bring about a meeting of the minds and get the deal done. This kind of critical thinking and perseverance is what we look for in our agents”, said Yona Edelkopf, CEO of EPIC Commercial Realty. Fairmont-Claremont Village is a neighborhood in the Bronx bordered by the Bronx River and Crotona Park East. The neighborhood consists of many different types of buildings that have been recently converted to larger and newer developments. The area has access to the 2 & 5 trains at as well as several bus stations.
