Outside the Region: Shawmut Design and Construction honored at American Arch. Awards

Miami, FL National construction management firm Shawmut Design and Construction was honored at this year’s 25^th annual American Architecture Awards. The firm was part of the team recognized for its work on the Apple Scottsdale Fashion Sq. in Scottsdale, Ariz., bringing to life the inspired indoor/outdoor “town square” for the public. Hosted by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, the award program is considered the one of nation’s highest and most prestigious distinguished building awards that honor new and cutting-edge design in the U.S. Members of the Shawmut project team attended the 2019 gala reception at the new Mr. C Coconut Grove on Oct. 10^th.
