Onex's Shops at SkyView Center welcomes Nordstrom Rack

The Shops at SkyView Center in Flushing has welcomed national retailer Nordstrom Rack to the shopping center. A ceremonial ribbon-cutting was held by Onex Real Estate Partners, owner and developer of The Shops at SkyView Center, along with community members and local officials including assemblyman Ron Kim and city councilman, Peter Koo. Over 1,800 VIP guests enjoyed cocktails and hor d'oeuvres as they browsed Nordstrom Rack's selection of clothing, shoes, accessories and home décor at the private shop event. The 39,000 s/f, two-level Nordstrom Rack is the company's first location in the borough. The Shops at SkyView Center, a 700,000 s/f Onex development, also is home to a mix of retailers, including The Children's Place, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Marshall's and Restoration Hardware.
