Ones To Watch: Innovators In Commercial Real Estate: Denis Leff, Suffolk

Denis Leff
Director, Jobsite of the Future
Suffolk

Innovation Highlight:
The accomplishment I’m most proud of is helping advance Suffolk’s Jobsite of the Future, an AI-enabled operating model that embeds AI Engineers directly within project teams. By combining real-time project data, artificial intelligence and operational expertise, we’re improving how teams manage design, schedule and construction management processes. The result is faster decision-making, reduced rework and more time for our builders to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Industry Outlook:
The biggest opportunity for innovation in commercial real estate and construction is using AI and data to improve productivity, predictability and decision-making across the project lifecycle. As projects become more complex and labor challenges persist, AI can help teams identify risks earlier, streamline workflows and reduce administrative tasks. I’m excited by technology that empowers people and allows builders to spend less time on paperwork and more time solving problems to create value.
